Home projects we have tackled! 

Our favorite home projects have been our Dresser to Kitchen Island Conversion and our Vanity to Coffee Cart DIY. But, I love decorating seasonally by creating crafts for our home that you can do for your own too! You can view ideas and projects by season via our gallery of projects above.

Our latest project for our home, after reading a book all about color was updating our living room colors and home accent pieces. It’s really made a difference in the look and feel of our living room- dining room space.

Most recently we are working on my teen daughter’s bedroom. We updated her reading light; You’ll love this home lighting solutions post. I am working on a vintage chair upcycle for her and other projects. I can’t wait to share them here.

I love creating style boards, many are shown above. It’s easy to change the look of a room with home decor accent pieces and by choosing different color schemes. There are several sites that help you create your space. For room and paint colors I’ve used this free color app. Behr’s Color Smart Mobile app. There are many out there. A good online tool for designing rooms is Olioboard it’s free and online.
